Mango & coconut granola smoothie bowl
When the weather turns warm, this is the bowl I want: frozen mango and banana blitzed into something cool, thick and tropical, then piled with crunchy granola and toasted coconut.
It's naturally dairy-free if you use coconut milk, and sweet enough from the fruit that it needs nothing added.
