Returns & Exchanges for Online & Offline Orders
Due to the nature of our products being freshly made and having a limited shelf life we do not accept any returns or exchanges for our products.
Products can be exchanged only if the product you received is defective due to a product issue or delivery issue, you must send a request for an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the products.
Your request can be sent directly to nutrition-support@olaben.com, please include photos, videos & a description of the issue so we can process your request as quickly as possible. The more information you can provide us the better!
Our customer service team will arrange with you a shipping provider to pick up and return the goods at the expense of Olaben Nutrition.
Cancellation & Refunds
All orders that have been confirmed (upon issuance of receipt in store, order confirmation email or payment received for online orders) are non-cancellable.
For refunds (if applicable) Olaben Nutrition will apply a credit to your original payment method.
The timeline for refund depends on the payment method and your bank - we will always endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible. The refund timeline will include the time it takes for our team to review and process your returned items.
