Good food, made honestly.
Functional wellness snacks the honest way: whole oats, real nuts, lightly sweetened, and a short ingredient list you can actually read.

It began with a simple belief
We started Olaben Nutrition with one belief: that a snack can be genuinely good for you and still taste like something you look forward to.
Too much of the ‘healthy’ aisle is built for shelf life, not for people. So we made the opposite, real ingredients, real benefits, real flavour.
What we believe
A few simple principles behind everything we make.
Ingredients you can read
Whole oats, real nuts, simple ingredients. Nothing we can't explain.
Functional by design
Every product earns its place, from gut-loving teas to granola that keeps you going.
Flavour first
Good-for-you should never taste like a compromise.
Made responsibly
HACCP and ISO 22000 certified, documented behind every batch.
Sourced with care
A handful of simple ingredients, chosen well. Here's what goes in, and where it comes from.

Whole oats
Rolled whole for slow, steady energy.

Nuts & seeds
Honest crunch and the good fats.

Lightly sweetened
Just enough, never overpowering.

Real dried fruit
Whole fruit, no artificial colours.
How we make it
Short ingredient lists, real food, and nothing we can’t explain. We keep it simple on purpose, because you should know exactly what you’re eating.
