Granola & yogurt parfait, three ways
A parfait is really just an assembly job: yogurt, granola, fruit, repeat. It looks after itself, and it works as easily for dessert as it does for breakfast.
Here are three ways to take it, from fresh and summery to cosy and warm.

- Tropical: mango and toasted coconut.
- Cosy: warm stewed apple and a pinch of cinnamon.

Layer and eat straight away for maximum crunch, or build it in a jar to take with you and add the granola just before you tuck in.
