Three ingredients, no baking, and better than anything from a packet. Melt good dark chocolate, stir through crunchy granola, and let the fridge do the rest.
They're a great little treat to have on hand, and they make a thoughtful homemade gift too.
Ingredients
- 🍫 150g dark chocolate
- 🥣 120g Olaben Original granola
- 🧂 Pinch of flaky salt
- 🥥 2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)
Method
- Melt the dark chocolate gently, over simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave.
- Stir in the granola and coconut until well coated.
- Spoon small clusters onto a lined tray and sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Chill until set, about 20 minutes. Keep in the fridge.
