You'll need
- 1 Olaben brown-rice bar
- 150g yogurt (dairy or plant)
- A handful of fresh fruit — berries, banana or mango
- Optional: a drizzle of honey, a spoon of granola
Method
- Break the bar into rough, crunchy pieces.
- Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl.
- Layer fruit, then bar pieces, then the rest of the yogurt.
- Top with more fruit and a drizzle of honey.
