Lemongrass, ginger and chamomile, steeped slow into a fragrant, golden cup — the gentlest way to bookend a busy day.
You'll need
- 1 Gut Love Tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf)
- 200–240ml just-off-boil water (about 80°C)
- Optional: a thin slice of fresh ginger, a teaspoon of honey
Method
- Warm your cup with a splash of hot water, then tip it out.
- Add the tea and pour over the hot water.
- Steep 4–6 minutes — longer for a deeper, more warming cup.
- Lift out the bag, stir in honey if you like, and sip slowly.
Tip: Keep the water just off the boil — too hot can turn delicate botanicals bitter.
Made with our hand-blended teas.
