A warm, milky, lightly spiced cup to slow the evening right down — Sleep Well tea, frothed into something quietly comforting.
You'll need
- 1 Sleep Well Tea bag
- 120ml just-off-boil water
- 120ml milk of choice (dairy or oat)
- Optional: a little honey, a pinch of cinnamon
Method
- Steep the tea in the hot water for 4–5 minutes, then remove the bag.
- Warm the milk gently and froth it — a whisk, frother, or a sealed jar shaken hard all work.
- Pour the steeped tea into your favourite mug and top with the warm, frothy milk.
- Finish with a touch of honey and a dusting of cinnamon.
Tip: Oat milk froths beautifully and keeps it plant-based.
