You'll need

  • 1 Sleep Well Tea bag
  • 120ml just-off-boil water
  • 120ml milk of choice (dairy or oat)
  • Optional: a little honey, a pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. Steep the tea in the hot water for 4–5 minutes, then remove the bag.
  2. Warm the milk gently and froth it — a whisk, frother, or a sealed jar shaken hard all work.
  3. Pour the steeped tea into your favourite mug and top with the warm, frothy milk.
  4. Finish with a touch of honey and a dusting of cinnamon.

Tip: Oat milk froths beautifully and keeps it plant-based.
